The Iris was created following repeated customer demands who were seeking a classical, mid-sized, women’s luxury flapover crossbody bag. Resolutely urban, with the goal to set your hands free, it was fully designed by Olivier MASSIP – our studio director and certified trainer – from the drawing board to its prototypes. He improved the manufacturing process at every step to the point of making a wooden mold purposed to perfect the assembly while guaranteeing a nice regular shape. Above all, the Iris sets a new visual identity in DE GRIMM’s designs: the appearance of vegetable tanned natural leather in discreet details, whatever the bag’s color. This women’s leather luxury flapover bag is proposed in two versions: a classical-chic one with a single horizontal seamline across the flap, and another one embellished with studs for a more rock and roll look. There are no other differences: you will find a quick-access back zipped pocket, and the long adjustable shoulder strap makes it suitable for cross body. The inside is lined, and it is endowed with a flap pocket for smartphone and a leather tie with a snap-on hook to attach your keys.

More recently, the luxury women's crossbody bag Iris has been reimagined in a more contemporary version named "Harmonie." It is now entirely crafted in grained leather, featuring a tonal zipper, a new magnetic closure system for the flap, and the addition of new metallic accessories.
